Web3 Director of Marketing

Concept Art House is looking for an experienced Director of Marketing that is passionate about building global brands in an exciting and evolving industry. Experience working in crypto is a must, and a track record of success with prior NFT and/or token projects is a huge plus. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy to help drive awareness and growth of Concept Art House. You will lead a team and support the development and execution of Concept Art House brand marketing strategy, brand identity, and global campaigns.

What you will accomplish here:

• Oversee marketing, communications and community teams.
• Create a strategic marketing plan that aligns with company goals.
• Establish marketing budget and monitor appropriate expenses and KPI‘s.
• Lead rebranding efforts and execution — including website, toolkit, messaging, visuals, and marketing collateral.
• Lead content strategy across Twitter, Medium, Discord, LinkedIn.
• Work closely with partners for co-branding opportunities with product launches.
• Oversee company’s social media accounts.
• Organize company conferences, sponsorships, trade shows, and major events with administrative support.
• Coordinate and roll-out marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness, trial, and adoption of Concept Art - House’s NFT releases.
• Vet advertising partners and influencers to activate relevant NFT content releases and announcements.
• Work with our PR agency to coordinate media and influencer outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with NFT product teams and Community Manager to create original content.
• Work with the Compliance and Legal to ensure best practices are followed.
• Track and report content and communications program results and metrics.

The skills you will need:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content strategy and content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree, in marketing or communications preferred.
• Exceptional organization and project management skills.
• Great design and data sensibilities.
• Outstanding writing and editorial skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills building world class teams across fully distributed and decentralized - organizations.
• Show high initiative and collaboration.
• Experience generating, curating and managing different types of content.
• Experience managing virtual and physical events.
• Experience partnering with remote cross-functional teams, including Community, Creative Services, Product, - Development, agencies, and partners.
• Experience managing general PR.
• Experience with podcasts and AMAs with a focus on community growth ex. Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Clubhouse, Twitter Spaces, YouTube.
• Experience working with business partners to execute co-marketing initiatives and messaging.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and under tight deadlines, with multiple competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into marketing goals with measurable results.
• Experience with Web3
• Passionate about NFTs and/or blockchain technology.
