Web3 Growth Analyst @ xToken

xToken is building a vertically integrated, decentralized asset management platform. We currently offer native staking and liquidity provision strategies, with a lending protocol, leverage strategies, a generalized liquidity mining framework and much, much more in the pipeline.

We’re looking for a Growth Analyst who will be responsible for:

• Communicating the xToken value proposition to the community
• Fostering partnerships with other DeFi and NFT projects
• Crafting xToken strategic initiatives
• Engaging and growing the xToken community

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years working in a growth, business development or marketing function at an Ethereum-based DeFi project
• Active on Twitter, Discord and Telegram
• Highly conversant in current DeFi trends
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts
• Strong writing and communication skills

Highly preferred qualifications:

• Based in New York
• Desire to grow into a Growth Lead role

Salary range:

• Above market compensation in salary and token incentives
