Web3 Growth Marketer - Canada Wide - Remote

Newton team members are spread out across Canada within a fully-remote capacity.

As a Growth Marketer, you'll be responsible for: • Identifying new growth opportunities through user research, market research, competitor analysis and data analysis • Oversee the growth strategy and conversion optimization of our mobile apps on iOS and Android • Develop and manage the marketing experiment calendar including homepage experiments, drip campaigns, A/B tests, and post-signup onboarding flow • Managing the customer journey end-to-end. From the marketing campaigns to signup and help with activation and other product led growth initiatives • Having a heavy focus on experiments, developing campaign strategies, and working with a variety of cross-functional teams to execute through to completion • Reporting on performance, providing meaningful and actionable insight to improve the business performance

Nice to haves • Have a natural instinct on how to get an audience's attention and you are not afraid to be roll up your sleeves and get scrappy to get results • Strong understanding of CRO, A/B Testing, acquisition & retention marketing, and basics of website development • 2+ years of experience with mobile app marketing
