Web3 Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading all marketing, advertising, customer acquisition, brand marketing and promotional activities for nft now. You will work cross-departmentally to strategize, position and amplify major initiatives across editorial, content, events, biz dev, partnerships, fundraising and more. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, empathetic and strategic with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail, as well as experienced in managing major, multi-platform marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Outline objectives, set audience and community targets, and develop positioning and engagement strategies for the nft now brand
• Developing and implementing a clear and comprehensive marketing vision for nft now and its related products, events and offerings
• Oversee and develop all go-to-market strategies across products and platforms
• Manage all marketing campaigns across the nft now brand ecosystem to meet business objectives and drive growth
• Analyze customer insights and data to build and define effective, innovative, and strategic marketing approaches
• Learn and develop understanding of customer segments to hone marketing strategies and create brand loyalty
• Work cross-departmentally to develop and approve marketing copy and assets
• Work hand in hand with communications and design team to support press strategy across tentpole initiatives, events and offerings
• Manage marketing budget and expenditures
• As marketing department grows, this will transition into a managerial role overseeing project managers and support staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and decision-making skills
• Experience managing major marketing campaigns
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Basic understanding of the NFT market
• Be open to remote work
