KOL Manager for Web3/Crypto Project

 📢 About the Role 

 We are looking for a KOL Manager to join our team and help us reach, engage, and convert key opinion leaders (KOLs) & influencers in the crypto space. 

If you have experience building relationships with Web3 influencers, negotiating deals, and securing partnerships, this is the perfect role for you! 

🔹 Responsibilities:

✅ Identify & Outreach to KOLs – Research and connect with relevant crypto influencers, Twitter pages, and YouTubers. 

✅ Engage & Build Relationships – Communicate professionally with KOLs, build partnerships, and negotiate promotions. 

✅ Track & Manage KOL Engagements – Maintain a database of KOL interactions, pricing, and conversion status. 

✅ Push for Conversions – Ensure that KOLs actively engage and promote our project with quality content. 

✅ Coordinate with development Team – Work closely with our development and internal core team to align messaging & campaign goals. 

✅ Monitor Performance & ROI – Track the impact of KOL partnerships and optimize outreach strategies. 

✅ Expand Outreach Beyond Twitter – Identify Telegram groups, YouTube influencers, and other Web3 networks to amplify exposure. 

 🔹 Requirements: 

✔️ Prior experience in KOL outreach/marketing in Web3, crypto, or NFT space. 

✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills – You know how to close deals and build partnerships. 

✔️ Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem – You know who the top shillers, alpha callers, and influencers are. 

✔️ Twitter & Telegram expertise – You’ll be managing outreach primarily on these platforms. 

✔️ Self-motivated & results-driven – You take ownership and push for maximum impact. 

✔️ Ability to manage multiple KOLs at once and track conversions. 

✔️ Creative problem-solver – Can adapt outreach strategies to maximize impact.
