Web3 Marketing Automation Manager - Canada Wide - Remote

Newton team members are spread out across Canada within a fully-remote capacity.

As the Marketing Automation Manager, you'll be responsible for: • Managing lead generation, email reporting and the database as a whole • Analyzing data to report back on key insights • Developing and implementing creative end to end digital marketing campaigns, covering email creation, acquisitions and web landing page • Exploring new marketing automation tools and opportunities • Mapping & owning the user journeys and buying cycles, creating campaigns and workflows that support them from contact acquisition to retention • Conducting regular competitor analysis and market research • Increasing the organizations visibility and understanding of email/push/sms changes and their impact on acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention • Developing processes to increase self-serve ability across the organization

Nice to haves • 3+ years of industry experience - either in-house or agency • Strong digital marketing background, with demonstrable experience in CRM management • A strong understanding of marketing automation tools • Expertise in integrated digital marketing campaign planning
