This role will be crucial in supporting the growth, reach, and adoption of Prosper using both traditional and Web3 marketing techniques to drive project visibility and engagement.
In this role, you will be the public face and voice responsible for amplifying our brand and nurturing a passionate community. As part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in crafting and executing strategic marketing campaigns, educating users, gathering feedback, and maintaining a vibrant community presence across various online and offline channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute marketing and branding strategies tailored to the specific needs of Prosper.
- Identify and execute on KOL / influencer collaborations and co-marketing opportunities within the Web3 and broader tech ecosystems.
- Plan and manage multi-channel / multi-medium marketing campaigns (social media, AMAs / live online events, website content, IRL events, etc.) that resonate with both crypto-savvy and more mainstream audiences.
- Implement growth hacking strategies under supervision to enhance user acquisition, retention, and overall project growth.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Prosper and its user community across various platforms (X, Telegram, etc.), including managing or hosting community events (e.g., AMAs, X Spaces)
- Build and maintain community guidelines, FAQs, and best practices to foster positive user engagement
- Manage community moderators, and together, monitor and moderate user discussions, addressing issues promptly to maintain an informative, friendly, and inclusive environment.
- Stay up to date with market trends within the Web3 space to assist in refining and adapting marketing strategies.
- Work with relevant colleagues to create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of marketing channels, showcasing expertise in copywriting, storytelling, and video content strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to stay ahead of feature releases, product updates, etc.
- Provide regular community feedback to inform protocol updates and improvement proposals.

Requirements/Skill Sets
- Proven experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in marketing, branding, and community management in Web3 or tech-driven environments, with track record of growing and managing online communities
- Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem, including key platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Familiarity with relevant social media, community, and analytics tools (e.g., X, Telegram).
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Figma, Slack, and Notion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of crafting compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage constructively with a diverse range of stakeholders and collaborators.
- Creative and analytical thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for tokenized Real-World Assets (RWA).
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team located across the world.
- Driven, with strong willingness to learn and adapt rapidly to evolving landscapes within Web3, as well as changing business needs.
- (Bonus) Fluency in multiple languages, e.g., Chinese.
- (Bonus) Extensive experience hosting X Spaces, live streams, podcasts, or similar in the crypto / Web3 community.
