Web3 Marketing Lead, Ordinals

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team! As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading our marketing efforts and building a strong community around our Ordinals products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, particularly NFTs, Digital Art and Bitcoin, as well as a proven track record in community building, social media, and digital marketing.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Planning

• Take the lead on Strategic Planning to develop a dynamic plan of marketing initiatives to position our product(s) as market-leaders
• Liaise closely with product, engineering and innovation teams to rapidly define our GTM and growth strategies

Growth

• Rapidly build and nurture large communities from scratch, leveraging creative marketing techniques
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and user acquisition
• Create and curate compelling content to resonate with the target audience
• Manage online presence, including website development, content creation, and SEO optimization
• Foster relationships with influential members of the cryptocurrency and NFT communities - ideally leveraging a network you already possess
• Identify partnership opportunities to take our proposition(s) to the next level
• Lead a small, focused marketing team with a hands-on and high-energy approach

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on community management and digital marketing in the cryptocurrency industry - NFT experience a plus
• Proven success in building and growing communities on Twitter and Discor
• In-depth knowledge and passion for NFTs, actively engaged in related communities, personal projects a plus
• Solid understanding of Bitcoin communities, technologies, and the broader cryptocurrency landscape
• Experience in digital marketing, including website development and SEO optimization
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven with a hunger to make a significant impact in a startup environment
