Weâre looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our Head of Sales and assist with daily office administration.
What youâll do
- Support the Head of Sales with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare basic documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with office operations, onboarding support, and expense coordination
- Support meetings, events, and day-to-day administrative tasks
What weâre looking for
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree;Â fresh graduates welcome
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Basic skills in MS Office or Google Workspace
