We are looking for an experienced Lead Web Developer who oversees the daily operation, infrastructure, security, and development of the company's website and related digital communication and analytics tools. This role is a key position responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement processes and initiatives.

At Chainstack, we are building a fully integrated suite of services for Web3 builders.

Thousands of innovators in blockchain, DeFi, NFT gaming and analytics, and other verticals are empowered by scalable distributed Chainstack APIs. We process billions of requests on a daily basis and provide unified, user-friendly access for developers to all prominent Web3 protocols—from Ethereum and Polygon to Solana.

Responsibilities:

· Owning the role of web development lead and collaborating to develop Chainstack’s website

· Improving the service performance and stability

· Proactively communicating ideas and creative solutions

· Collaborating effectively and closely with copywriters, designers, and product managers, and leading QA/QC processes to improve the web experience

· Leading development and execution of websites on time and on strategy

· Expertly translating high-fidelity designs (Figma) into HTML

· Providing quality assurance and attention to detail

· Utilizing internal tracking systems and procedures

· Coding custom functionality based on jQuery

· Committing code using GIT version control

Front-end

· Skills required: HTML, CSS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX

· Optional: NodeJS

Back-end

· Skills required: WordPress CMS, PHP, MYSQL, GIT

· Optional: NodeJS, LAMP STACK, BASH SCRIPT

Requirements:

· Minimum 4 years of development experience using PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JSON, MYSQL as well as WordPress CMS

· A thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

· Proven experience in web-based applications development, Object Oriented Programming, & API integration

· Proven experience with source code management tools such as GIT, SVN

· Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills

· Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma / Diploma in Computer Science/related fields or equivalent working experience.
