Job Description:
- Provide legal and administrative support on all litigation matters
- Answer small legal claims that may have been escalated to Legal, on the basis of templates or with the supervision of the dedicated in house lawyer
- Answer data requests from third parties
- Assist with reporting and monitoring of litigations to internal stakeholders
- Assist the team with onboarding external counsels (drafting letters of engagements, recording them…)
- Extract data from our systems for fact finding in cases, assist in discovery and data production
- General administrative and legal assistance to the team
Job Requirement
- An experienced paralegal or junior lawyer
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Interest in the cryptocurrency industry and its development
- Possesses solid legal technical expertise as well as sound business and people judgement
- Hands on at work and can be independent in managing projects
- Excellent legal drafting and interpretation skills
- Fluency in English is required, and Mandarin speaking ability is highly preferred
