About the Job
Neon Labs is looking for a full-time Full-Stack Team Lead to join our team. Neon Labs has ported the Ethereum Virtual Machine to the Solana blockchain. Neon EVM enables dApps to harness advantages from both blockchains: Ethereum in terms of tools used, and Solana in terms of low gas fees, high throughput, and liquidity.

Your Skills and Qualifications
6+ years of relevant development experience 2+ years of experience building decentralized applications using web3.js Understanding of blockchain concepts and smart contracts Proficiency in writing production-quality code Proven ability to create highly interactive and engaging web applications Comfortable working in Linux, with experience troubleshooting black box systems Experience with React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript Expert command of CSS and HTML for accessibility and semantics
Your Tasks
Create a development team of 2-3 developers Manage the product development process Bring cutting-edge research to the real world and help build a platform for the next generation of cryptocurrency applications Build and maintain extensible and scalable open-source applications
