Functions:

• Convert : Find those who have complained in reviews or reached out for help and contact them making sure they are happy and changed their opinion and rating
• Maintain reviews : Reply to user reviews on App Store and Google Play maintaining high store rating
• Supervise : Ensure vital processes are working, scripts and FAQs are fresh and clear and will do their job.

Requirements:

Must have:

• 1y+ crypto trading experience
• English - C1 at least.
• 6m+ experience in Technical support
• Successful cases of leading a team

Be a plus:

• 6m+ experience in community management
• 6m+ experience in copywriting.
• Russian, Indonesian, Turkish, Hindi, Bengali languages - B2
• 6m+ experience in an Investigation firm
• Fluent in Solidity language
• 6m+ experience in Sales of a complex product
• 6m+ experience in SMM / marketing
