Overview

Knox Networks is an open source software platform that supports white label programmable money and digital identity solutions for financial institutions.

The Knox software platform can be used for issuing, authorizing, verifying, executing, transacting, distributing and reporting programmable money between financial institutions and/or consumers as non-account based financial instruments including, but not limited to: digital cash, treasury securities, repurchase agreements, central bank digital currencies and any other cash analogue. Our technology focuses on balancing privacy, scalability and interoperability with various financial standards and payment networks.

Description

As a Senior Sales and Integrations Engineer you'll combine your technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and creative problem solving to implement the Knox solution with our growing network of partners. You'll help with pre-sale activities, analyzing requirements and identifying solutions. Sales and Integrations Engineers are a part of the Engineering team and work closely with Knox's Sales, Engineering, and Product teams. You will work cross-functionally to develop merchant solutions, identify product enhancements, and build internal processes that scale

The position is based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA (also open to 100% remote) with full-time salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the development of external technical documentation for customers
  2. Help onboard customers into sandbox environments
  3. Work with customers to define interoperability and integrations with Knox infrastructure
  4. Make the technical case for Knox to partners
  5. Design custom solutions based on a partner's business priorities and technical capabilities
  6. Develop pre-sales support material and documentation for new products and features
  7. Build and present custom demos as required
  8. Work with Sales to build and refine scalable business processes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Passion and drive to change consumer banking for the better
  2. World class communicator with excellent sales instincts
  3. Keen technical mind comfortable writing scripts in at least one programming language
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business/technology, or equivalent technical account management experience
  • 4-7+ years in Sales Engineering, Partner Engineering, Solutions Engineering or a Support role
  • Be based at the office in New York or LA and be able to travel within the U.S. and internationally on a regular basis as needed
