ABOUT ARCADIA LABS/DROPBEAST
As an EVM Developer at Arcadia Labs, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our blockchain-based projects. You’ll join the existing development team and work on an omni-chain solution. This particular role is for our new Lead EVM/Solidity Developer for a product called DROPBEAST, who will drive the development of innovative and high-quality solutions on the EVM Network.
THE ROLE
This role will include product front-end and back-end upgrades to suit various integrations and connections amongst the network. Your expertise in Ethereum and EVM-based blockchains will drive the development of innovative solutions that align with our vision of market disruption and exceptional quality.
TECHNOLOGIES
- Typescript & Python
- Firebase as our main Cloud Provider
- NextJS and Tailwind for Frontend.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and developing solutions for various dApp Integrations and EVM Infrastructure Integrations
- Designing and developing frontend and backend product solutions across various coding languages
- Evaluating and researching tooling, products and solutions that can solve problems efficiently, securely and at scale
- Collaboration within an agile team environment, working closely with founders, designers, engineers, and security auditors to deliver high-quality systems in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep Understanding of Ethereum and EVM-based Blockchains: familiarity with Ethereum and other EVM-based blockchains.
- Proven experience in TypeScript: must have extensive experience working with TypeScript, as this is a key requirement for the role
- Ability to research and implement integrations: demonstrated ability to research and integrate existing EVM products, focusing on farmable actions.This includes the ability to read and understand solidity smart contracts and ABIs, with a key focus on reverse engineering how things work
- Familiarity with Web3.js/Ethers.js: Knowledge of frameworks for interacting with Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains.
- Comfortable working in a secure development life cycle
- Strong testing skills: experience with testing frameworks and an emphasis on quality assurance to ensure high-quality code
- Attention to detail: an eye for detail and a focus on delivering polished and error-free code
- Understanding of encryption techniques: knowledge of encryption techniques relevant to EVM-based systems.
ADDITIONALLY
- Knowledge of Front-End Technologies: while not a requirement, familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Next.js and experience with wallet integrations (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom) would be beneficial
- Exposure to Other Blockchain Ecosystems: an understanding of other blockchain ecosystems like Solana and Polygon is a plus, but not a requirement.
