SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?

Candy is looking for a Senior Marketing Copywriter to join us to assist our ongoing marketing programs and campaigns. In this role, you'll develop concepts and write copy for a range of content. Typical projects include ad campaigns, digital, print, and out-of-home, event activations, and social media campaigns. You'll join a community of marketing strategists, designers, writers, filmmakers, developers, and more. We come from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, but we're united by a singular purpose - to create innovative work that amplifies the Candy Digital story impacting our consumer.

We are searching for creative minds that are excited to take on difficulties in the immediate while providing vision to the future. We want builders, innovators, and those that can not only think outside the box, but collaborate outside the box.

AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...

  • Collaborate directly with creative strategists, art directors, and other creative peers to guide and develop global campaigns and content marketing projects.
  • Proactively pitch new concepts and creative executions.
  • Concept and write headlines, subheads, and calls to action (CTAs) for a range of media.
  • Write social copy for paid and organic promotion.
  • Consult with associate creative directors and subject matter experts to ensure copy is both compelling and technically accurate.
  • Work with associate creative directors (ACDs) to decode creative direction for copywriting.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to fellow copywriters.
  • Advocate for Candy's brand, values, corporate strategy, and culture.
  • Understand and use Red Hat brand guidelines, including voice and tone.
  • Stay current with copywriting trends and techniques.

  • Global experience and language skills in other languages than English are a plus!

Total Compensation Range (Base + Equity): 85k-150k per year

Our compensation package currently breaks down into a base salary and an equity component for all employees. The candidate’s seniority and the evaluations made of that candidate during the interview process determine compensation.
