The Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Lead at X8C. The Social Media Lead will be responsible for social media marketing, communication, content strategy, social media optimization (SMO), and writing.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to X8C client needs
- Manage and monitor client social media channels, ensuring timely and effective communication with the community where required. Engage proactively where required, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and active online presence for the client.
- Create and curate engaging social content calendars, aligning with clients' branding and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and impactful social media campaigns (including community growth campaigns).
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest web3 and social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance strategies and deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience in developing content strategies for social media
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and web3 industry trends
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize content
- Creativity and innovation in social media management
- Experience working in a similar role within the blockchain or tech industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
