WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify job openings, prepare job descriptions, requirements and interview plans
- Post and promote job openings and recruitment content; via social media, job boards and various industry advertising platforms
- Timely scheduling of interviews and providing positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of interview and hiring records
- Identify roadblocks affecting recruitment efficiency and continually automate/improve processes
- Assist with the management of offer processes
- Compile reports on recruitment metrics and flows, and create reports for Hiring Managers and Executives
- Participate in a variety of recruitment events (meetups, conferences, job fairs, etc)
- Perform background and reference checks
- Assist onboarding team with collection of employee information for onboarding
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and/or regulations
- Coordination of recruitment projects with internal teams and stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 1+ years of administrative support as a recruitment coordinator
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of full life cycle recruitment process
- Professional working experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Business Suite
- GEM, GitHub, Triplebyte or similar recruiting platform tools are a plus
- Sound knowledge of employment law
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Great interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a Hybrid environment with onsite located in the NYC area
Salary Range: $76,200 to $95,200
