Responsibilities:

• Work with product and internal teams on a daily basis to drive product development and improvement
• Lead planning, coordinating, and discipline around the processes for testing, launching/rollout of features and products (e.g., execute A/B testing and measurement initiative)
• Ensure internal are ready with the resources, information and processes required to support new products (training, playbooks, documentation, resolution paths, FAQs, etc)
• Product planning for enhancements regarding Binance Academy platform/interface
• Respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Support Product teams in troubleshooting and driving resolution of user issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, program management  business operations or consulting
• Strong interest and understanding in cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminology is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills are required
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and independently
• Experience building strong partnerships with product, data, marketing, and support teams 
• Professional English written, verbal, and communication skills
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
