As part of our continuous expansion globally and in Europe, we are looking to hire a Strategy and Operations Manager to work closely with our regional leadership team (EVP and country managers) to drive exponential business growth for us.

Responsibilities:
- Â Support development and implementation of mid to long-term business growth strategy across Europe, including identifying opportunities, in depth market research / market sizing, product analysis, etc.Â
- Serve as project manager and primary point of contact for strategic and tactical initiatives for Binance’s business expansion across Europe.
- Work closely with regional leadership team to ensure timely execution of critical business milestones.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners in marketing, legal, business development, and other teams to drive overall growth for Binance in Europe.
- Monitor and advise on market trends so as to develop proactive and reactive partnerships and campaigns for the European market.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a performance oriented environment, backgrounds in management consulting and strategy would be ideal.
- Strong organisational and planning skills including, but not limited to; research, analytics, and data management.
- Exposure or keen interest in consumer behavior and growth oriented mindset.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, structure, self-organised and self-starter approach.
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web 3.0 would be beneficial.
