Responsibilities:

• Drive the business forward by developing and executing initiatives to accelerate growth and business scale.
• Partner with internal teams, Country & Regional leaders to develop and orchestrate cross-functional projects to deliver against our priorities.
• Identify potential projects through insightful analyses.
• Shape our product/solution promoting approach towards long-term growth with big picture thinking.

Requirements:

• 6 - 8 years working experience in a go-to-market or business operations role in technology or similar organisations.
• Experience communicating across teams and problem-solving towards goals.
• Be proactive, curious to learn, and eager to crack complex topics.
• Have strong self-awareness, be open to different approaches/ideas, flexible.
• Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing and able to drive progress of existing projects as well as planning the delivery of new activities.
• Strong communication and articulation skills, and be able to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of blockchains and decentralised applications would be a plus.
• Great interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders across different geographies and responsibilities.
