We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our Recruiting team and hiring managers across all orgs. BitGo is going through a massive growth cycle, so this is an exciting time to join!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating interviews with candidates to ensure efficiency in scheduling process
• Scheduling the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
• Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date
• Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status updates to the recruiting team
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years experience as a recruiting coordinator
• Experience using Greenhouse or other ATS platforms
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Nice to have

• Desire to bring digital assets to the forefront of the global economy
• Experience working in a scrappy and fast paced org
• Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Blockchain environments
