Golang Jobs at Blockdaemon

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Senior Developer who is looking for a full time employee position. Blockchain experience is a must.

In this role you will:

• D​evelop and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and secure applications.
• Automate the deployment of blockchain specific software
• Maintain and deploy the latest blockchain protocol platforms
• Collaborate with other engineers to integrate new protocols into the deployment pipeline
• Collaborate with upstream blockchain protocol developers to streamline integration and rapid onboarding of new technologies.
• Collaborate with upstream blockchain protocol communities to engender goodwill and give Blockdaemon grant and partnership opportunities
• Support production blockchain node deployments for multiple protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technology field
• 5+ years of experience
• Proficient with golang (or any systems language, such as C/C++, Rust, etc).
• Proficient with ansible
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technology (AWS, GCE, Azure, etc)
• Ability to work within an environment of continuous integration and deployment
• Solid grounding in git as part of the software development lifecycle.
• Good working knowledge and comfortable with docker
• Comfortable working with Linux-based server environments
• Experience with automation tooling
• Ability to work independently, debugging problems across the full stack
• Good working knowledge of security best practices
