Learning Technologist

Chainalysis

This job is closed

The Chainalysis Training Team drives education of cryptocurrency technology and Chainalysis products throughout the ecosystem. Our team can command a room, build engaging content, and speak to every level of expertise. We know how our products are used in the real-world and help our customers become experts too.

The Learning Technologist is a systems and learning expert who designs & executes technical solutions for the Chainalysis Academy on-demand learning platform. Chainalysis delivers industry-leading training & certification programs, and our mission is for the Chainalysis Academy to become a one-stop-shop for crypto education. The Learning Technologist will provide technical expertise to maximize the impact of the Academy. Success is measured in your ability to scope, design & implement technical upgrades, ensure learning insights and data are integrated into Salesforce and other platforms, and work with the broader team to build a ‘next-generation’ and scalable learning ecosystem.

In one year you’ll know you were successful if…

  • As one of the owners of the Chainalysis Academy, you’ve proposed and executed major upgrades to unlock the full potential of the Academy built on Skilljar, Caveon, and other technologies.
  • You’ve designed and implemented workflows to connect the Academy to Salesforce and other tools in the Chainalysis tech stack, and enabled field teams to seamlessly sell and manage training courses for their customers.
  • Chainalysis Academy has been highly adopted by our users, and you’ve worked with cross-functional partners to measure the impact of the Academy and incorporate learning insights into Salesforce, Tableau, and Catalyst
  • You’ve fine-tuned the look of the Chainalysis Academy using your experience in user interface design
  • You’ve gathered input & feedback, proposed and implemented other learning system integrations and enhancements to build a ‘next generation’ learning experience for thousands of users.
  • You’ve built and managed an “Academy Lite” solution to bring the value of the Academy to our on-premise customers
  • You’ve rolled up your sleeves alongside other Chainalysis Academy professionals to support and grow the Academy - no task is too big or too small.

A background like this helps:

  • You’re an experienced learning systems expert, having implemented a multi-domain and highly integrated learning platform based on Skilljar or a similar Enterprise LMS or LXP platforms. You’ve also worked with or built lightweight learning platforms that can be deployed on-premise.
  • You’ve used your technical expertise to do everything from UX / CSS work to complex integrations across customer experience tools like Pendo or Catalyst, or business tools like Tableau and Salesforce.
  • You’ve got proven problem-solving skills, including thinking through workflows and developing improved solutions
  • You’ve worked with a high-growth SaaS company before, and are excited to operate as a ‘utility player’ with multiple interconnected systems to keep Chainalysis and our customers on the cutting edge
  • You’re accustomed to working with internal stakeholders, vendors and customers on projects, and don’t mind stepping outside of your comfort zone when required.
  • You have exceptional planning, organization, communication skills, and attention to detail.
