Responsibilities

As a part of derivatives trading team, you will be working closely with Quant Researchers and traders in a very front office-based role. You will also look at ways to improve the scalability of quantitating trading activities.

• Building data pipelines/APIs to improve bracketing framework for quantitative strategies.
• Build/expand tools/engines that enhance the ability to analyse data and automating trading activities.
• Collaborating with Tech team to deploy alpha research strategies to the production and monitoring the performance.
• Maintaining/optimizing current quant library for option pricing and risk management system.

• 3+ years of quant developer working experience in derivatives pricing, market making, systematic trading, in trading firms, Investment Banks or Hedge Funds.
• Solid background in computer science and software engineering.
• Solid experience working with Python (3+ years of commercial experience).
• Strong Linux platform skills.
• Experience building data pipelines and data wrangling, exposure to large dataset/KDB is a big plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with large amounts of autonomy and responsibilities.
• Masters/PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
• Interest in cryptocurrencies would be a big plus.
