This is an exciting opportunity for the HR professional to join a fast-paced, Fintech company experiencing hyper-growth transformation. Crypto.com is looking for the Assistant HR Manager, HR team. This position is reporting to the HR Manager based in HK and work very closely with Senior HR Manager, Group C&B function, responsible for the HR Operations support for HK and Taiwan as well as to support the group C&B function in Hong Kong.

·        Provide HR operations support for Hong Kong and Taiwan headcounts

·        Essentially manage the HK payroll process including the funding, payment process working with group Finance team

·        Follow through all the required necessary onboarding and offboarding process for Hong Kong and Taiwan headcounts

·        Be the main contact in HK HR team to support in full scope of Payroll operations & administration

·        Act as a team player to support the Group C&B function on major HR cost and reporting function

·        Work as the super admin of the system administration for the requirement and needs from the global location

·        Be the main point of the contact to manage the global audit request to work with Group IT OR Finance team

·        Support the Group HR initiatives or projects

·        University degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration/ Finance related subjects

·        5 years of working experiences in Compensation and Benefits specialist/ HR Operations function in dynamic and agile fast environment

·        Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations

·        Excellent oral and written English /Chinese (Cantonese) communication skills

·        High proficient in in MS-Excel skills and extensive using Vlookup, Pivot table and related excel formula function

·        Well-versed and using in HRIS system, knowledge of BambooHR system preferred

·        Well-organized, and approachable personality, easy going with good interpersonal skills

·        Proactive, detail oriented and sensitive to number.

·        A team player and able to work under pressure

HK$35,000 - HK$38,000 a month
