The Global Marketing Team serves as a center for brand strategy, engagement, stewardship and amplification for the EOS Network Foundation, EOS Network and portfolio of foundation brands. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to be a part of our growing team. The individual will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, prioritizing, deploying and managing the marketing technology stack. This role will also oversee the global performance dashboard, analytics and reporting for the department. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and deliver marketing automation processes and projects from inception to maintenance; Own and operate Marketing Automation and tech tools.
  • Manage and oversee deployment CRM, global Hubspot instance.
  • Measure effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns (demand gen, ABM, social, paid, earned, events, etc) and co-marketing programs deployed by our global partners.
  • Partner with IT and other team members to use the marketing technology stack (digital, asset management, web, project management, etc.) and marketing data (data governance, accuracy, and quality) to enable more personalized marketing experiences.
  • Partners with the broader ENF operations team to deliver marketing performance effectiveness dashboards to digital analytics, funnel analytics, database health and other vital dashboards.
  • Regularly inform stakeholders across marketing, operations, and external stakeholders of insights on marketing performance to ensure alignment on the best possible data-driven marketing strategy. Including optimizing investments by audience, partner, geography, and campaign.
  • Optimize templates and critical metrics to communicate our overall contribution and drive accountability/performance optimization. Work to simplify systems and processes, but also avoiding over-engineered processes.
  • Assist and negotiate with contracts with vendors.
  • Orchestrate the monthly, quarterly and annual marketing planning and performance measures to ensuring marketing's goals are aligned with the overall ENF objectives.
  • 8 years of experience in a Marketing Ops/Automation role.
  • Experience with implementing and scaling HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation platform as part of a marketing stack is required.
  • Adept at leading multiple projects and deadlines across global markets.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills.
  • True team player with proactive approach to collaboration.
  • Highly analytical and data driven. Expert at creating insights from data.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management or a related field.
  • Blockchain, Web3 or GameFi experience a plus.
  • Fully remote, with preferred location: East-coast US or Canada.
