Web3 Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

The Global Marketing team serves as a center for brand strategy, engagement, stewardship and amplification for EOS Network Foundation, EOS Network and portfolio of foundation initiatives. We are hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to be a part of our global team with a focus on managing our marketing campaigns to engage and improve our conversion metrics throughout the marketing funnel. Specifically, they will acquire new developers, optimize performance of our partner programs, and grow our global ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the blockchain industry and help to define the future of DeFi, GameFi, and social good.

Responsibilities:

• Build and continuously refine end-to-end campaigns that attract, acquire and activate targets including developers, partners, and community users.
• Design and execution of paid and earned campaigns including, but not limited to, paid social, SEM, account-based marketing, retargeting and trade media focused on new customers.
• Understand and optimize the customer funnel and improve conversions, A/B testing all marketing strategies to optimize growth.
• Own relationships with digital exchanges and key industry stakeholder, to ensure ENF interests are well represented.
• Develop and lead integrated co-marketing campaigns; This includes creation and collaboration across marketing for content, virtual and live events, PR/communications, social media, web, case studies, videos, digital promotions, newsletters, and blog work.
• Take leadership in data-based growth experimentation: build A/B testing programs for landing pages, conversions, forms and campaigns.
• Segmentation strategy to determine ideal segments and channel mix.
• Build and continuously refine end-to-end campaigns that attract, acquire and activate targets including developers, partners, and community users.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of DeFi and GameFi, monitoring our competitors to help us maintain a competitive edge.
• Monitor, track and analyze performance of marketing activities and channels to optimize results.
• Solid writing and presentation skills to help translate detailed technical content into impactful go-to-market material.
• Collaborate with the product and communication global marketing teams to craft value props and provide input to the product roadmap.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or a related field.
• 8+ years of digital campaign planning, realization, and evaluation experience.
• A passion for web3 and/or game developer marketing experience.
• Clear understanding of emerging technologies, blockchain specifically a plus.
• Experience in demand generation and lead optimization.
• Ability to interface at all levels maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable handling fast-paced, multi-stakeholder projects, keeping internal stakeholders and partners accountable and able to deliver to tight deadlines.
• Outstanding project management skills and experience, including handling multiple cross-functional internal stakeholders, partners, and events vendors.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• A team player willing to be flexible with the remit adapting to the needs of a small team and growing business.
• Experience setting and scaling marketing automation, specifically Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
