About the job
Figment is looking for a Sales Development Rep to help grow our customer base of Web 3 developers. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and doing intake meetings with potential DataHub customer leads. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to grow the adoption of DataHub and accelerate Web 3’s developer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Building a pipeline of potential customer leads
- Reaching out to leads via various communication channels (chat, email, phone, etc)
- Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and explaining how the product solves their needs
- Sharing market feedback with the product and sales team
- Work with account executives to progress leads through sales process
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales development
- Experience selling a technical product to a technical audience
- Experience with developer-facing products and/or infrastructure services is a plus
- Deep blockchain expertise is a plus
- Ability to be autonomous in your decision making
The role is full-time and fully remote. We are interested in any timezone, but the candidate should be able to take calls during the business hours of any timezone.
