With a proven track record and unrivaled experience, Grayscale’s products operate within existing regulatory frameworks, creating secure and compliant exposure for investors.Position Summary: Grayscale is seeking an Analyst, Crypto Product, to support our growing product development and crypto expertise.  The successful candidate will exhibit an intense passion for the digital asset ecosystem, a hunger to learn, and a track record of producing high quality research. Responsibilities:

Leverage crypto native background and expertise to research digital asset trends, identity and share new promising assets. Analyze data (e.g., usage metrics, tokenomics, and market sentiment), to perform valuation analyses to evaluate potential assets and track existing performance. Create and present core investment theses for new fund launch to inform internal/external messaging. Work cross functionally to lend your crypto expertise to support new-product development and on-going product support. Develop in-depth knowledge of the firm’s products and investment capabilities and stay current on developments in the digital currency ecosystem. Support team in maintaining connectivity with protocol teams to stay apprised of latest developments. Provide on-going support to team members with a wide variety of questions related to digital assets.

Prior Experience/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement  0-2+ years of crypto native experience. Evidence of a entrepreneurial spirit in Web3 (track history of public independent research, previously a founder, etc.) Experience analyzing and visualizing data preferred (Python, SQL, Tableau) Familiarity with crypto data resources such as Artemis, Coin Metrics, GlassNode, Dune Extremely passionate about digital assets and blockchain technology Excellent organizational, with ability to project-manage and prioritize competing tasks High integrity and sense of accountability Exceptional analytical skills Independent self-starter with a passion for learning Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex concepts in writing Deadline oriented with the ability to assess and prioritize projects based on client needs (internally and externally) strong attention to detail, integrity, and sound judgment Ability to work effectively within a team environment by being collaborative, adaptable, reliable, and possess a strong ‘can do attitude  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
