Skills & experience we're looking for 👨💻
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps with Linux environment
- Extensive experience in System Automation, Implementation and Deployment
- Hands-on experience in scripting Languages Python, Bash etc.
- Extensive experience in building CI/CD frameworks and tooling (Git, Jenkins, Chef etc.)
- Experience using cloud technologies preferably GCP and cloud architecture, networking, workload types, migration patterns and tools.
- Extensive experience with containerization principles and frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with integrating Security capabilities into DevOps (DevSecOps)
- Strong Automation and Problem solving skills and ability to follow through to completion
- Knowledge of SQL, non-relational (NoSQL) and cache databases, ElasticSearch etc
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills - particularly the ability to discuss architecture design, timeline and provide helpful feedback to the team members.

- Automate infrastructure to maintain better business focus
- Routine audits, patching, up - gradation of systems and benchmarking
- Proactively build and maintain redundant systems and procedures for high availability and disaster recovery
- Implement and support Continuous Integration and Deployment Pipelines
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in building high quality infrastructure components and solutions to address emerging needs.
- Infrastructure and application monitoring and tune application and system performance
- Capacity planning and keeping the cost of the infrastructure to the minimum
- Safeguard infrastructure and application information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure
- Work with technology leaders to define, develop and execute solutions that are scalable, secure and cost effective
- Manage and coach teams comprising highly skilled devops engineers
