What we are looking for…

…a Talent Sourcer to be responsible for talent research and sourcing top talent for Keyrock. The selected individual will work closely with their Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role, and create long lists of potential candidates through various techniques and channels. The Talent Sourcer can also be involved in scheduling and conducting initial interviews, and assist with the 360 recruitment process.

Job Description:

• Source potential candidates through Linkedin, Github, Stack overflow, Xing, Kaggle, Talent Bin, Ziprecruiter, Apollo, boolean/x-ray searching, Research papers, telegram, discord and so on

• Market mapping and building long lists for current and future hires

• Review resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates for qualifications and fit.

• Conduct initial interview screening with candidates.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of recruiting activities.

• Assist with other recruiting-related tasks and projects as needed.

Background and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 1-3 years of sourcing/recruiting experience 

• Previous experience sourcing/recruiting in Financial Services and/or crypto - this is mandatory

• Advanced Sourcing skills - we are looking for someone who has a natural flare for sourcing, and always looking for new techniques for sourcing, including AI.
