About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop a sustainable talent strategy, establish talent management framework and build a healthy talent pipeline.
- Identify talent gaps and learning needs of the group for future capacity building and strategise effective learning and development solutions bridge the gaps.
- Implement innovative, flexible and practical approach and methodologies of learning solutions to maximize learning effectiveness.
- Structure and implement comprehensive learning and development curriculums to enable capability and competence building.
- Build a strong network with other learning & development practitioners in the market to foster best practice sharing and align the global learning & development framework, and develop a long-term, win-win relationship with external vendors.
- Build trustful relationships and win-win partnerships with internal and external stakeholders; provide professional, proper advice and support to lines of business and function.
What We Look For In You:
- Extensive experience in the talent development and training field, experience in Fintech or Crypto industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above with expertise in human resources management, corporate management and psychology knowledge, candidates with such professional background are preferred.
- Keep learning cutting-edge knowledge, apply advanced thinkings to practice and accumulate systematic methods constantly.
- Able to think systematically, analyze logically, manage projects, carry the projects forward, integrate diverse resources, have an acute sense of interpersonal relations and a high spirit of teamwork.
