What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responsible for developing business strategies for core departments, deeply understanding business logic, and continuously optimizing strategies and business analysis systems from the perspective of business growth and objectives.
- Data-driven, capable of independently analyzing core factors of business growth, monitoring and evaluating the effects of various business strategies, operational actions, and resource investments from a growth perspective, and producing actionable strategies and operational optimization recommendations.
- Goal-oriented, prioritizing problem-solving, and able to efficiently communicate and collaborate with business, product, and other analysis teams to drive goal achievement.
- Able to independently interface with product lines, with strong driving capabilities, possessing both business and product perspectives, and able to continuously promote product iterations based on business needs.
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in statistics, engineering, business, or related fields, with the ability to use both Chinese and English as working languages.
- Over 3 years of experience in data analysis, market analysis, industry analysis, or business analysis, proficient in tools such as Excel and SQL, and able to proficiently use ChatGPT to solve complex problems.
- Strong communication and driving skills, self-motivated, able to promptly address business issues, with a background in product development preferred.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn, with a continuous interest in exploring new things.
