What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Growth Planning:
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Lead efforts to acquire new customers and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Optimize customer onboarding processes to enhance user experience and drive loyalty.
  • Partnerships and Alliances:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to facilitate business growth and market penetration.
- Negotiate and collaborate with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Optimization:
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize growth strategies.
- Implement A/B testing and iterative improvements to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments like global marketing, product, SEO, LCD, and CS to align growth initiatives with North East Asia business objectives.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams to achieve cohesive growth strategies.

What We Look For In You

  • 6 years of experience in a growth-focused role within North East Asia.
  • Proven track record of devising successful growth strategies and achieving targets.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
