About the opportunity:

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will focus on product deployment, operations, and monitoring to maintain a seamless user experience. Your role includes automating operational tasks, implementing best practices for security and compliance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operations. Interested? Keep on reading!

What you’ll be working on:

• Support product deployment and operational activities on cloud platforms.
• Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
• Design the system/service operation strategy that meets business requirements with reliable, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and performance.
• Define the manageable workflow considered security, compliance, and governance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize disruption of the services.
• Provide support to other team members involved in operational activities.
• Lead the sustainable incident response, escalation and blameless postmortems.
• Contribute to documenting operational processes, configurations, and dependencies for reference and future enhancements.
