We are also working on a Solidity smart contract for governance and equity sharing. We work in the dweb/web3 space and help manage the twitter/bluesky community. The primary purpose of our app is to build community through realtime events.

You can work on our core app, or on a side project involving natural language processing, AI (we are in the GPT-3 beta), voice recognition, or community governance. We also need a DevOps trainee who will learn CI pipelines, Ansible and Terraform.

A nice perk is that we dogfood our community building app on our own team and try to support the interests of all team members to create learning opportunities and fun events.

While interns are welcome, and we expect that most folks interested in an equity-only job are junior, we do have several senior devs on the team and absolutely welcome more senior people. We are seeking funding and will be voting on how to allocate it - in a work-weighted manner. Part time is ok. We give strong recommendations to people who work with us, many have gone on to desired positions and still come back to help out now and then.
