What you'll do:

  • Nurturing and developing relationships with key partners
  • Contacting potential partners to support the company’s business needs
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find craft strategies
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers
  • Screen inbound leads for potential business opportunities
  • Finding and developing new partners
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Identifying gaps / issues in our current business development landscape and offer solutions
  • Creating pitch decks tailored to different target markets /audience
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Keeping track of industry trends locally and internationally
  • Reporting on successes and providing solutions onareas needing improvements
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing or related field with proven track record
  • Crypto knowledge, ability to explain crypto in simple terms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Persistent nature with outreaches and follow ups
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Meticulous with details
  • Ability to build rapport with business partners
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
  • Comfortable in a startup environment
  • Ability to negotiate especially in B2B context
