What you'll do:
- Nurturing and developing relationships with key partners
- Contacting potential partners to support the company’s business needs
- Researching organizations and individuals to find craft strategies
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers
- Screen inbound leads for potential business opportunities
- Finding and developing new partners
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Identifying gaps / issues in our current business development landscape and offer solutions
- Creating pitch decks tailored to different target markets /audience
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Keeping track of industry trends locally and internationally
- Reporting on successes and providing solutions onareas needing improvements
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, marketing or related field with proven track record
- Crypto knowledge, ability to explain crypto in simple terms
- Strong communication skills
- Persistent nature with outreaches and follow ups
- Excellent organizational skills
- Meticulous with details
- Ability to build rapport with business partners
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
- Comfortable in a startup environment
- Ability to negotiate especially in B2B context
