About Us

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to plan, design, and build within this new and quickly evolving landscape.

As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual solutions that engage target audiences and communicate brand messaging effectively. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to ideate and conceptualize marketing concepts, distill complex content into understandable design solutions, and create visually rich and immersive web experiences for our products. You will also be responsible for ensuring brand coherence and consistency across all creative output.
What you'll do:
  • Understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of your audiences, to engage them in the most effective, and engaging way possible.
  • Strong visual ideation and ability to design in a variety of >
  • Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations.
  • Support the team with design requests & ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output.
  • Able to distil complex concepts/content into understandable design solutions.
  • Meaningfully contribute to the ideation and conceptualization of marketing, content and concepts, often in partnership with the stakeholders.
  • Design visually rich and immersive web experiences for brands.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite & other leading design tools to create innovative and engaging designs.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with excellent collaboration skills.
What you'll need:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a technology-focused startup, creative agency, or freelance capacity.
  • Excellent portfolio showcasing solutions across multiple design challenges.
  • Strong visual ideation and ability to design in a variety of >
  • Experience with After Effects and 3D design tools are a plus.
  • Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital technologies are a plus.
