- Experience as an operational leader overseeing multiple games through the full development cycle.
- 8+ years' experience as an embedded member of a studio development team
- Exceptional knowledge of product planning with a deep understanding of game development, and execution.
- Excellent management skills, can embrace ambiguity and meet commitments.
- Great problem-solving skills, and ability to motivate others to find solutions in complex situations and dynamic environments.
- Desire to pursue the highest quality in everything you do, has an eye for detail.
- A bias for action and experience with predicting issues before they come up.
- Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast-paced, constantly iterating environment
- Customer centric leader with strong passion for games and an ability to critique them is a plus
You will 📲
- Participate in strategy discussions with stakeholders and plan production roadmap across multiple games and game teams.
- Ideating and presenting deep & innovative ideas for new games, new features to improve our existing portfolio of games.
- Studying market trends and iterate quickly with moving trends Check the progress of the development of the games throughout all production stages
- Develop and maintain indicators/metrics that track project quality, delivery, financials, and risks & ensuring that the products launch and operate successfully.
- Work in line with the specified budgets with the product teams and finance partners.
- Lead important meetings, drive critical conversations, effective debates, distribute action items and follow up and follow-through
- Hire, Mentor and Coach young members of the team.
- Partner with and maintain a healthy relationship with all external studios and ensure high quality and timely delivery.
