About the role

As Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and rolling out marketing campaigns across our core markets. Together with our country leads and our creative team, you are at the pulse of what Bitpanda is planning and implementing. You are a true project management expert with a generalist approach and driven by a deep passion for, understanding of and relentless drive around all types of marketing campaigns - be it above the line or digital channels.

What you’ll do

• Conceptualise and execute marketing campaign plans together with our country leads, creative team and external agencies
• Organise and structure processes for internal and external alignment of campaigns
• Establish reporting on a campaign level and diligently assess and analyse the success of your campaigns
• Own the entire process of executing our campaigns, incl. steering of external stakeholders (agency, media houses, etc.)
• Create compelling content for different social media platforms, from writing design briefs to crafting engaging copy aligned with the global brand positioning and our tone of voice

Who you are

• 1-3 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns across all (ATL) campaign-related channels (TV, OOH, Print, Digital channels)
• Strong project and stakeholder management and analytical skills, CRM experience is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with all types of media houses regarding rolling out/setting live campaigns
• Deep knowledge and understanding of financial markets and especially crypto industry incl. all relevant productsare an advantage
• Exceptional writing skills in English and German are required (more languages are a plus).
