We are looking for a Growth Manager who understands mainstream Web2 media and is passionate about Web3 and AI. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience and can lead the full growth loop from acquisition to retention.

You will be responsible for:

- Designing and optimizing the AARRR growth funnel across marketing, product, and community, and refining rapid experimentation workflows

- Independently planning and executing growth strategies across major channels such as Google, X, Product Hunt, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Collaborating with product and community teams to improve user conversion and retention

- Driving fast iteration and optimization based on data

We hope you:

- Have practical experience in Web2 growth channels and are familiar with mainstream traffic platforms

- Are well-versed in growth frameworks and metric analysis, with the ability to test and iterate quickly

- Are passionate about new technologies and stay updated on trends in Web3 and AI

- Are self-driven, execution-oriented, and skilled at cross-functional communication

Bonus points:

- Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems (DeFi/NFT/GameFi, etc.)

- Experience in early-stage startups or 0 to 1 growth

- Proficiency in using AI tools

- Experience with Google Ads, X Ads, TikTok, or SEO
