You won’t just build pipelines—you’ll help shape the future of financial data in Web3, powering decisions for DAOs, hedge funds, and protocols worldwide. As part of a small, agile team, your work will directly influence how on-chain financial analytics are built, scaled, and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to support our product initiatives. This includes extracting, transforming, and loading ETL data from various sources.
- Automate data workflows and integrate machine learning models to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and optimize our AWS-hosted services to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with the CTO to enhance data architecture, server functionality, and oversee technical resource allocation.
- Innovation Advocacy: Stay abreast of the latest developments in DeFi, and emerging trends to drive innovation within our data practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be based in Montreal, Canada
- Startup readiness—flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic. This isn’t a 9-to-5 job; it’s a chance to build something impactful.
- Technical Expertise: 10+ years as a full stack developer with strong proficiency in TypeScript or Python, testing frameworks (Jest or PyTest), and excellent SQL skills.
- Proven experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. Experience with Apache Kafka or Airflow is highly desirable.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong communication and mentoring skills, with experience leading projects and guiding junior engineers.
