Product Manager Web3 Jobs in California, United States

Blockdaemon is looking for a skilled Product Manager to help with data management and financial reporting for our blockchain protocols. This is a highly cross-functional role that will report to the Director of Product and work closely with product managers, engineers, business development, protocol specialists, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of financial reporting products for internal and external stakeholders
• Work with design and engineering to develop robust reporting tools for stakers, validators, and other crypto financial entities and activities
• Establish standards for financial reporting and metrics based on industry best practices
• Work closely with our internal operations team to support their reporting needs
• Breakdown complex reporting requests into actionable product requirements
• Integrate with 3rd party data solutions and tax software providers as necessary
• Use KPIs and metrics to continuously iterate on reporting experiences

Requirements

• 4+ years product management experience
• Deep understanding of user personas and and customer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a highly cross functional, technical role
• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
• You enjoy entrepreneurial environments and want to help build something meaningful
