Salary/Hourly Rate

$80k - $140k, Depending on experience

Position Overview

As the Technical Recruiter, you will manage and continuously improve our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database while representing the company at industry events, networking sessions, career fairs, and trade shows to connect with top talent and strengthen our employer brand.

Responsibilities Of The Technical Recruiter

  • Source, evaluate, and hire top technical and leadership talent to support the company's mission.
  • Partner with hiring managers, technical leads, and executives to understand hiring needs.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies for specialized roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates in AI, blockchain engineering, cryptography, product development, and related fields.

Required Experience/Skills for the Technical Recruiter:

  • Proven track record as a technical recruiter within AI, blockchain, fintech, or other emerging technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML positions, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, NLP specialists, and research scientists.
  • Familiarity with blockchain-related roles, including smart contract developers, cryptographers, Solidity/Rust engineers, and Web3 architects.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and niche communities.
  • Ability to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Technical Recruiter:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, startup->
  • Familiarity with multiple ATS Software.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
