Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience
• Excellent understanding of gameplay fundamentals and game economies
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• High creativity and intuition for systemic, narrative, and game mechanics
• In-depth knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Coda, etc
• Passionate about game mechanics, game economy, accessibility, UI effectiveness, iterative design, playtest, A/B testing
• Experience building in-game content designed to appeal to a specific audience
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts in gaming
• A self-driven, responsible, and detail-oriented person who can multi-task and deliver high-quality work on time
• Proven ability to create game concepts and math models
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, analysis skills

You will 📲

• You will own the in-game economy and will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Analysts to devise the strategy for the real money and virtual game economies
• Drive the monetary value of the virtual game currency (i.e crypto tokens) by managing the bonding curve
• Work with analysts to simulate in-game player behavior to prevent fraud
• Design and implement the economic aspect of features that create a fun player experience, further the strategic vision of the product, and drive increased player engagement and monetization
• Analyze the many facets of the game economy, player engagement, and monetization data at a macro and micro level
• Run day to day product operations and offerings and events to keep the player base engaged
• Work closely with other designers and cross-functionally with UX, engineering, and product management on the design and implementation of new game features
• Create and maintain documentation for all A/B economy testing that goes on for live ops for games
• You own, drive and communicate the vision for major design initiatives like tutorials
• Design fun and innovative games with detailing on the creative side such as art, design, themes, mood boards, etc. as well as the technical side such as implementation considerations
• Assess and apply qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve game design and balance
