As we continue our steady expansion across the Middle East, we are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team in a pivotal role. Based in our strategic UAE hub, you will provide critical, on-the-ground support and bring the essential local expertise our team needs to thrive.Â
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be a key connector for our regional operations, taking ownership of HR tasks for the Middle East to ensure we maintain our high level of service. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact, working closely with our teams in the UK and across the globe during a key period of growth.
Responsibilities
No two days are the same in this dynamic role! You will champion the entire employee lifecycle, from coordinating a warm and welcoming onboarding for new joiners to ensuring a smooth off-boarding process.
As the friendly, first point of contact for our employees, you'll provide timely support and manage all HR-related queries. Your core responsibilities will also include maintaining immaculate employee records in our HRIS, managing the end-to-end visa application (via AXS) and renewal process, and playing a key role in the payroll and benefits administration for our diverse teams across the region.Â
You will also collaborate closely with departments like IT to set up new starters for success and provide vital support to regional and global teams on various projects that shape our people strategy.
The ideal Candidate
We are looking for a natural organiser with an eagle eye for detail and a genuine desire to help others. Critically, you have a strong understanding of Middle East employment laws, with demonstrable experience in managing employee registrations and end-to-end work visa processing for both local and expatriate staff.Â
You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, and you handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and discretion. While experience in a regional HR role is highly desirable, we strongly encourage candidates with exceptional HR Operations skills and a firm grasp of local labour laws to apply. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and approach every task with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
