• Scalability: Interest in managing >$500k to multi-million allocations or joining as a full-time quant/portfolio manager.
• Deep crypto expertise: Experience trading at scale on major exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, etc.), OTC desks, or automated DeFi protocols.
• Risk management rigor: Ability to navigate extreme volatility, liquidity risks, and black swan events (e.g., exchange insolvencies, flash crashes).
• Technical edge: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Solidity for algo trading, smart contracts, or blockchain analytics (preferred but optional).
