We are a young and well-funded Fashion-Tech Start-Up which has grown quickly to about 20 employees. We are building an AI and blockchain based fashion platform. We are looking for a highly motivated commercial director to strengthen our management team. You will be responsible for our Marketing & PR as well as our Sales objectives, and should carry the goals of our company in your heart.

Tasks

Setting up, managing, executing, measuring and improving our:

- Marketing Plan

- Brand Strategy

- Influencer & Social Media Strategy

- PR Strategy

- Sales Strategy

- Financing Strategy

Practically, a strong thinker with an analytic and yet creative mindset is wanted that is also not afraid of creating slides & pitch decks, networking with VCs and C-Levels, clarifying legal questions and of helping wherever the company needs it.

A must-have are strong written and verbal as well as visual communication skills, a strong entrepreneurial drive and a strong sense for beauty in fashion.

Requirements

We envision a candidate that has obtained a Master's in a business related field that has worked 1-3 years in a relevant consultancy.
