Job description

We are looking for an experienced Red, Blue, or Purple team leader to help us build and lead our Purple & Incident Response team. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to take their career up to next level by working both strategically and tactically. We are building an integrated IR / Blue / Red team to help us improve our real time security posture and manage incidents.

Job Description

• Own the incident response framework and programme for Finoa
• Lead a ‘purple team’ to continuously improve our threat prevention and detection capabilities.
• Work with Product Owners to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Replicate sophisticated cyber attacks to continuously test and improve the capability of Finoa’s Security Operations.
• Validate and test Finoa’s hardening and detection capabilities.
• Detect advanced malicious threat activity.
• Manage and document incident investigations.
• Ability to collaborate with other Finoa departments and executive team.

Requirements

Requirements

• Degrees and certifications are welcome, but not required. We care more about your abilities, mindset, and experience.
• You have 3+ years experience in Red, Blue, Purple, or Incident Response teams.
• You have experience leading and managing technical security teams.
• You are well-acquainted with the crypto space and current local and international regulatory landscape.
• You have superb English verbal and written communication skills, German is a plus.
• You have hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset; you know how to roll up your sleeves to deliver alongside your team.
