Your primary responsibility is to lead Tesseract’s crypto business. You will take on a variety of tasks, which could include but will not be limited to:
- Working with operations managers, product designers, and engineers to successfully launch crypto products
- Building working relationships with crypto exchanges
- Negotiating deals with leading companies in the sector
- Understanding regulatory requirements inside out
- Hiring top crypto engineers
- A strong background in crypto, with 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in a highly analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An immutable desire to solve problems
- A desire to learn and adapt to the business needs
